FAQ

  • Do I need expensive equipment?

Not at all! A non stick large pot is a real time saver (for the jam making and the slower cooking chutneys). A good knife, chopping board and if the budget allows, a fowlers preserving kit is handy for preserving fruit in a jar (but you can also use a large deep pot.)

  • How much time does the course take to complete?

Around 1 1/2 hours to watch everything. There are four main types of preserving covered in this course.

  • Do I need to have my own garden?

Not at all. It is brilliant though, however, neighbours, relatives and farmers markets can be an invaluable source of ingredients.

  • Are the recipes adaptable for other ingredients?

These recipes are a base for so many preserves that you could make. Each video presentation has different versions that I talk about in it.

  • How long do I have access to the course?

You have lifetime access to the course, to complete it in your own time!

  • What if I need help or have questions?

Your course purchase includes access to Cindy's private Facebook Tribe. Here, you can ask questions and post your kitchen successes!
